Chicago Books to Women in Prison
Chicago Books to Women in Prison shares Midwest Books to Prisoners’ goal of providing books and other educational materials to prisoners with a focus on incarcerated women and nonbinary people.
Prison Legal News is an independent monthly journal focused on prison issues and published by the Human Rights Defense Center. This journal provides vital information on a wide range of criminal justice topics to inmates, their friends and families, and other concerned individuals.
PrisonTalk is an online forum for the prison support community, focused on creating interpersonal support for the families, friends, and loved ones of incarcerated people.
Black and Pink is a national grassroots organization focused on support for incarcerated LGBTQA+ people and people living with HIV/AIDS.
SWOP Behind Bars is a national harm reduction organization aimed at providing support to sex workers within the criminal justice system, including offering support to currently incarcerated sex workers and re-entry assistance to those recently released.
